个人简历

 


2010年于复旦大学获博士学位。

2010-2019年先后在Harvard Medical School/Boston Children’s Hospital 和University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio 从事博士后研究。

2019年进入云南大学生命中心研究员


主要研究方向

生殖泌尿系统(Genitourinary system)是生命演化中新型功能的器官群,控制了生命繁衍及废物排弃。然而对于该器官群的认知,特别是膀胱和子宫的发生发育、生理内稳态、病理发生及防治,仍然有限。为进一步探索生殖泌尿系统的发生形成及疾病机理,本实验室以小鼠为模式生物,结合人类细胞系及临床生理病理样本,运用遗传学、免疫、生化、分子、细胞、药物、行为以及高通量测序和功能筛选等研究方法研究生殖泌尿系统发育、生理和病理的分子调控机制。此外,本实验室还开展转化医学研究,积极探索小分子干预及基因疗法对于生殖泌尿系统疾病模型的挽救实验。

主要研究方向如下:

1.  生殖泌尿系统的器官发生发育

2.  表观遗传在细胞增殖分化、组织再生及肿瘤形成中的作用

3.  病原细菌对泌尿生殖系统免疫防御、孕期妊娠和胎儿发育的影响

4.  早期性别差异因子在发育、生理和病理中的作用
