主要研究方向

结合生物信息学和生化分子生物学,研究表观遗传和转录调控,专注于下列两个方面问题:

1DNA甲基化等表观遗传修饰的发生和调控机制,以及在发育和疾病中起着关键的作用。

2,密码子偏好性对于基因在转录和翻译层面的调控,为同义突变引起的疾病提供理论基础。
